Work Management 1.7.1

Cayenta’s Mobile Work Management (MWM) solution is specifically developed for utilities already utilizing Cayenta’s Customer Information System (CIS), facilitating the completion of service and work orders directly in the field. Field personnel can receive, update, and close orders remotely, including attaching relevant documentation, with data synchronized back to the Cayenta platform in real time.

This solution offers field workers immediate access to pertinent information such as geographic location, asset details, alerts, notifications, and historical data, thereby supporting informed decision-making regarding their assigned tasks.

The design incorporates route mapping capabilities for daily orders, helping to optimize field operations. Additionally, it provides offline functionality that allows workers to complete and store orders even when outside of network coverage, with data transmitted once connectivity is restored.

Optional GPS tracking features enable real-time monitoring of crew locations and activities. It is important to note that continued GPS usage in the background may significantly reduce device battery life.
